Inspection of McLaren rear wing delayed until Bahrain.

With the MP4-25 being revealed on the 29th of January we were sure that if any problems like last year with Double Decker diffusers being “illegal” would have been sorted within days by the quick response of the FIA. But with only 5 days to go until the Bahrain GP, why have they delayed the inspection of this “advantage” until the first race of the 2010 season, which makes the FIA and Formula 1 in general look slow mentaly?

The “ingenious” (if your a mclaren fan) rear wing design by McLaren gives the car 6mph straight line speed, this is what Red Bull and Ferrari are complaining about saying it’s illegal and an unfair advantage. There is a slot on the wing which is designed to alter its behaviour at high speeds in order to reduce drag and add the extra six mph to the car.

My Opinion?: If this turns out to be a 1 horse race again this year for your slow reacting FIA, alot of fans wont be very happy with you.
